The main landmark of Luzern is the Chapel Bridge with the Water Tower. It is the most photographed monument in Switzerland. The steepest railway ride in the world will get you to the top of Mount Pilatus. On a clear day Pilatus offers panoramic views of 73 Alpine peaks and lake Luzern (Vierwaldstättersee). You can enjoy local specialities in one of the restaurants or simply taste the original Swiss cheese and a bottle of wine on the top of Pilatus overlooking the magnificent surroundings.
