Spacious and bright, with windows overlooking both the swimming pool and the lake, it offers an exceptional panoramic view from the living room and the bedroom. Spa Suite with exquisite interiors with an amazing bathroom in Italian marble, sauna, jacuzzi and a spacious shower is the ideal place to relax, (90 m2).
Presidential Suite: something beyond
The Presidential Suite, located in the private executive floor, is different from the other suites because of its generous extension and its rich selection of wines and champagnes.
Bright and spacious, elegant and elaborated interiors, it offers a charming view of the lake, the mountains and the swimming pool. It consists of a large living room with terrace and a pleasant living room, wet-bar, master bedroom with balcony, bathroom expertly decorated in marble with Jacuzzi, (140 m2).
Royal Suite: simply the best among suites in Lugano
The Royal Suite is arranged on two floors and offers a total of three rooms: two Superior, with the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent inner garden and spend relaxing moments immersed in the greenery and nature, and a Deluxe room with a wonderful view over Lugano lake and the charming panorama of the Alps. All three rooms which compose the Royal Suite are beautifully furnished with carpets and textiles Made In Italy, particularly spacious and with all the comforts to make your stay absolutely divine.
Right after the entrance of the Royal Suite here is an Office area, equipped with notebook PCs and printers. Going up the refined Carrara marble staircase, you reach the elegant open-plan area with a spacious sitting area next to the terrace, overlooking the magnificent Ceresio lake and the surrounding mountains.
Still at the second floor of the Royal Suite, here is the dining room with fireplace: it offers the chance to taste every morning buffet breakfasts in absolute confidentiality and enjoy delicious dishes prepared by our Chef in the kitchen, directly adjacent to the Royal Suite, (200 m2).
Penthouse Suite: one of the biggest and most luxurious all over Ticino
Including the Royal Suite and the Deluxe Suite, it is arranged on two levels: with its extension of 450 sq m it is considered one of the largest and most elegant suites all over Ticino. Beautifully furnished and accurately designed in every detail, it offers to our guests a total of 2 Deluxe rooms and 4 Superior rooms, which are particularly large and furnished with carpets and textiles Made In Italy.
From the entrance of the Penthouse Suites you have access to Deluxe suites and 2 Superior rooms; through a cosy vestibule you can easily reach the walk-in wardrobe and an Office area, equipped with notebook PCs and printer at the complete disposal of our guests.
