For those who are interested in history and arts we offer one day trip to the north of Switzerland.

Among the idyllic landscape of the canton Thurgau, on Lake Constance, towering castle Arenenberg, the residence of Napoleon’s step-daughter Hortense de Beauharnais and her son, the future French Emperor Napoleon III. Empire style interiors allow you to plunge into the atmosphere of a private life and political intrigue of this Bonapartism stronghold.

After visiting the museum of Napoleon we will go to the perfectly preserved medieval town of Stein am Rhein, famous for its painted facades. Followed by artists such as William Turner, you will be inspired by the majestic view of the Rhine Falls near Schaffhausen.

You will learn about the art of Swiss watchmaking in the museum of the world-famous company IWC. The brand new collection can be seen in the boutique of IWC. For those who are closely interested in watchmaking a visit to the workshop can be organized.

The route has been developed by an art historian and expert on the Swiss watch industry Alexey Makhrov.
