Many associate Switzerland with excellent cheese and chocolate. This is an opportunity discover the secrets of Swiss cheese and chocolate making and enjoy the walk in charming Swiss villages.
Part of this trip is a tour around the small medieval Gruyere village. The well known Gruyere cheese comes from here. You will learn more about Gruyère AOP cheese during the visit to the local cheese factory.
To discover the secrets of chocolate making you will visit the famous Maison Cailler (Nestlé) chocolate factory in Broc.
You will have a chance to see a typical Swiss mountain chalet and observe how a traditional Swiss cheese is produced in a large wood-fire boiler. Surely you will be able to taste the real Swiss fondue in a local restaurant.
