Our chef, Sebastian Schuster, selects with his staff, as much as possible, products of the region which means that the origin of all products is known.

Restaurant and Bar

A great love of detail went into uniting the traditional with the modern in the newly renovated restaurant and bar. There is contemporary design between chalet-style, alpine hut and barn. The theme of mountain sports and forest passes through the whole house and is evident here in the restaurant and bar down to the last detail. Culinary delights made of the best products of the region grace the tables. The kitchen is a balance between a classical and a younger, creative style. Just a couple of reasons why guests from the village love to visit. Be it for an aperitif in the trendy bar, a meal with classic, newly interpreted dishes or a fresh alpine beer at the regulars’ table.
